مردم متحد هرگز شکست نمی خورند!

مجمع جنبش های اجتماعی فوروم اجتماعی جهان 2015 ، تونس جائی است که ما به رغم گونه گون بودنمان گرد هم می آئیم تا یک دستور کار جمعی برای نبرد علیه سرمایه داری، امپریالیسم، پدرسالاری، نژادپرستی و همه اشکال تبعیض و سرکوب را قالب ریزی کنیم.

ما یک تاریخ مشترک و یک جریان کار مشترک را سامان داده ایم که منجر به دستیابی حدی از امید برای پیروزی علیه سیستم حاکم و ایجاد بدیلی هایی چند برای آن گونه از توسعه اجتماعی شود که با طبیعت سازگاری دارد.

مردم در تمامی جهان از وخامت عمیقی که بحران سرمایه داری باعث آن است به شدت رنج می برند؛ موقعیتی که در آن شرکت های عظیم فراملیتی، بانک ها، رسانه های عمومی غول پیکر و نهادهای مالی بین المللی سعی می کنند با سیاست های مداخله گرانه و نو استعماری با تکیه بر دولت های نئولیبرال هرآینه سود خود را افزایش دهند.

جنگ ، اشغال نظامی، قراردادهای نئولیبرال تجارت آزاد( Trans-Atlantic, Trans-Pasific, ALECA, UE-MERCOSUR, APE, MERCOSUR-Isreal و سایر قراردادهای دوجانبه) و " اقدامات ریاضت کشانه" در بسته های اقتصادی جلوه داده می شوند تا بتوانند خصوصی سازی منابع مشترک و خدمات عمومی، کاهش دستمزدها، بی حرمتی به حقوق انسان ها، افزایش بیکاری و شرایط بی ثبات اشتغال، دل نگرانی طاقت فرسا زنان برای کارشان و نابودی طبیعت را توجیه کنند.

این سیاست های نئولیبرال تاثیرات عظیمی هم برکشورهای شمال وهم بر کشورهای جنوب دارند و به افزایش مهاجرت ، کوچ اجباری انسان ها ، مقروض کردن و سایر نابرابری های اجتماعی دامن می زند. این سیاست ها سبب استحکام محافظه کاری و کنترل بر بدن و زندگی زنان می شود. علاوه برآن، آنها "اقتصاد سبز" را به عنوان یک راه حل برای بحران زیست محیطی و غذائی جا می زنند، که نه فقط مشکلات موجود را بیشتر می کند بلکه به کالائی شدن، خصوصی سازی و مالی سازی زندگی انسان ها و طبیعت منجرمی شود.

ما تاکید می کنیم که مردم به هیچ وجه مسئول ایجاد این بحران نیستند و آنها نباید به پرداخت هزینه بحران ادامه دهند. ما هم چنین تاکید می کنیم که هیچ راه حلی در چارچوب سیستم سرمایه داری ممکن نیست. اینجا، در تونس، ما دوباره بر تعهد خود به پیوند با نیروهایی که درحال پی ریزی یک استراتژی مشترک برای هدایت تمام تلاش ها علیه سرمایه داری هستند، تاکید می کنیم. چرائی ما، جنبش های اجتماعی، برای مبارزه عبارتند از:

علیه شرکت های فراملیتی،و سیستم مالی( صندوق بین المللی پول، بانک جهانی و سازمان جهانی تجارت) ، که عاملان اصلی سیستم سرمایه داری هستند و آنها همه جنبه های زندگی انسانی از خدمات عمومی و کالاهای مشترک تا آب، هوا، زمین، بذرو منابع معدنی را خصوصی سازی می کنند. به جنگ و بی حرمتی به حقوق انسان ها دامن می زنند و منابع عمومی انسان ها را چپاول می کنند. شرکت های عظیم فراملیتی دست به آن نوع از روش های بهره برداری می زنند که زندگی انسان ها را به مخاطره می اندازند، به سرزمین های ما دست اندازی می کنند و دست کاری ژنتیکی بذرها و غذا را گسترش می دهند، حق مردم را بر غذا پایمال می کنند و تنوع گونه های حیاتی را ازبین می برند.

ما برای لغو بدهی های غیرمشروع و غیر انسانی می جنگیم که امروزه یک ابزار جهان گستر برای اعمال سلطه ، سرکوب و فشردن گلوی اقتصادی و مالی مردم است. ما دست رد به توافق های تجارت آزاد، که بوسیله دولت ها و شرکت های عظیم فراملیتی تحمیل می شوند ، می زنیم و تاکید می کنیم که امکان نوع دیگری از جهانی شدن- جهانی شدنی که به دست مردم و برای مردم وبرپایه همبستگی وآزادی رفت وآمد و حرکت همه نوع بشرباشد - میسر است.

ما از فراخوان برای یک روز جهانی آکسیون 18 آوریل 2015 علیه قراردادهای تجارت آزاد پشتیبانی می کنیم.

ما طرفدار عدالت آب- و-هوا و خودکفائی غذائی هستیم، زیرا می دانیم که تغییر آب- و-هوا در گستره جهانی ناشی از سیستم سرمایه داری تولید، توزیع و مصرف است. شرکت های عظیم فراملیتی، نهادهای مالی بین المللی و دولت ها خادم آنها مایل به کاهش گازهای گلخانه ای نیستند. ما "اقتصاد سبز" را رد می کنیم و راه حل های دروغین برای حل بحران آب- و-هوا نظیر سوخت های بیولوژیکی، ارگانیسم دستکاری شده ژنتیکی و سازوکارهای بازار کربن REDD Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) کاهش فروسایی منابع جنگلی و جنگل زدائی( را که مردم فقرزده را با وعده های دورغین پیشرفت فریب می دهند، برای اینکه بتوانند خصوصی سازی و کالائی کردن جنگل ها و زمین ها را انجام دهند، جائی که مردم برای هزاران سال برآن زندگی کرده اند.

ما از خودکفائی غذائی دفاع می کنیم و از کشاورزی دهقانی پایدارحمایت می کنیم؛ زیرا این ها راه حل های واقعی برای بحران غذائی و آب- و-هوا است و تضمین کننده آن است که زمین از آن کسی است که بر روی آن کار می کند. ما به یک بسیج گسترده برای آب- و –هوا به موازات نشست COP21 در دسامبر 2015 پاریس فرا می خوانیم . بیائید سال 2015 را به سال بسیج جنبش اجتماعی سراسر دنیا برای عدالت آب- و-هوا تبدیل کنیم.

علیه خشونت علیه زنان؛ غالبا در مناطق اشغال نظامی خشونت علیه زنان اعمال می شود، اما همچنین خشونت بر زنان به خاطر شرکتشان در مبارزه اجتماعی که جرم تلقی می شود، صورت می گیرد. ما علیه خشونت خانگی و خشونت جنسیتی بر زنان می جنگیم. این خشونت ها برخاسته از نگاه کالائی به زنان است و اختیار حق زنان را بربدن و اندیشه شان را به رسمیت نمی شناسند. ما علیه خرید و فروش و تجارت زنان، دختران و پسران خردسال می جنگیم. ما از تنوع جنسیتی و حق خود تعیین کنندگی گرایش جنسی انسان ها دفاع می کنیم و با همجنس گرا ستیزی و هرگونه تبعیض جنسیتی مقابله می کنیم.

ما همه مردم را به حمایت از چهارمین کارزار مارش جهانی زنان در فاصله زمانی مارس تا اکتبر 2015 برای صلح و علیه جنگ، استعمار و اشغال و نظامی گری کشورهایمان فرا می خوانیم.

ما گفتمان دروغین دفاع ازحقوق بشر و جنگ علیه بنیادگرائی را که غالبا از آن برای توجیه اشغال نظامی استفاده می شود، تقبیح می کنیم؛ ما از حق اختیار و خود تعیین کنندگی حاکمیت مردم دفاع می کنیم. ما استقرار پایگاه های نظامی خارجی را که برای دامن زدن به نزاع ها و برای کنترل و غارت منابع طبیعی و تثبیت دیکتاتوری بر کشورها است، محکوم می کنیم.

ما خواهان پرداخت غرامت به تمام مردمی هستیم که در سرتاسر جهان قربانی استعمار شده اند.

ما خواهان دمکراتیزه کردن رسا نه های بزرگ عمومی و پی ریزی رسانه های بدیل که پایه ای برای براندازی منطق سرمایه داری هستند، می باشیم.

به منظور مقاومت و همبستگی، ما برای آزادی عمل خودمان در ساختن اتحادیه های صنفی، جنبش اجتماعی، انجمن ها و سایر اشکال مسالمت آمیز مقاومت، می جنگیم.

ما تشدید سیاست های سرکوبگرانه علیه شورش های مردمی، دستگیری ها، ترور و زندانی کردن کنشگران، دانشجویان و روزنامه نگاران و همچنین تلقی مجرم دانستن مبارزه خودمان را محکوم می کنیم.

با الهام از تاریخ مبارزاتمان و با احیای قدرت مردم در خیابان، مجمع جنبش های اجتماعی همه را فرا می خواند تا برای کارزارهائی هماهنگ شده در سطح جهان – در هفته جهانی بسیج علیه سرمایه داری از تاریخ 17 تا 25 اکتبر 2015- بسیج شوند.

جنبش اجتماعی جهان ، بیائید به سوی اتحاد سراسری برای درهم کوبیدن سیستم سرمایه داری پاپیش بگذاریم! بیائیدهمبستگی خود را با مردم دنیا که هرروزه علیه امپریالیسم، استعمار، استثمار، پدر سالاری، نژادپرستی و بی عدالتی در تونس، فلسطین، کردستان، سوریه، عراق، لیبی، یونان، اسپانیا، بورکینافاسو، مالی، کنگو((DRC ، آفریقای مرکزی و صحرای غربی مبارزه می کنند استحکام بخشیم!

People united will never be defeated!

The Social Movements Assembly of the WSF 2015, Tunisia is the place where we come together through all our diversity, in order to forge a collective agenda to fight against capitalism, imperialism, patriarchy, racism and all forms of discrimination and oppression.
We have forged a common history and a common stream of work which led to some progress, with the hope to garner some amount of victory against the ruling system and to create several alternatives for a socially just development that respects nature.
People all over the world are suffering the effects of the aggravation of a profound crisis of capitalism, in which private transnational corporations, banks, media conglomerates and international financial institutions are trying to increase their profits by applying interventionist and neocolonial policies with the complicity of neo-liberal governments.
War, military occupations, free-trade neoliberal treaties (Trans-Atlantic, Trans-Pacific, ALECA, UE-MERCOSUR, APE, MERCOSUR-Israel and different bilateral treaties) and “austerity measures” are expressed in economic packages that privatize the common good, and public services, cut wages, violate rights, increase unemployment and precarious conditions, overload women´s care work and destroys nature.
Such neo-liberal policies have massive impacts both on the Southern and the Northern countries and contribute to an increase in migration, forced displacement, evictions, debt, and social inequalities. They re-enforce conservatism and the control over women´s bodies and lives. In addition, they impose "green economy" as a solution to the environmental and food crisis, which not only exacerbates the problem, but leads to commodification, privatization and financialization of life and nature.
We assert that the peoples are in no way responsible for this crisis and they must not continue to pay for it. We also assert that no solution is possible within the capitalist system. Here, in Tunis, we reaffirm our commitment to join forces to forge a common strategy to guide our struggles against capitalism. This is why we, social movements, struggle:
Against transnational corporations and the financial system (IMF, WB and WTO), who are the main agents of the capitalist system, privatizing life, public services and common goods such as water, air, land, seeds and mineral resources, promoting wars and violations of human rights, and ransack resources. Transnational corporations reproduce extractionist practices endangering life, grabbing our lands and developing genetically modified seeds and food, taking away the peoples’ right to food and destroying biodiversity.

We fight for the cancellation of illegitimate and odious debt which today is a global instrument of domination, repression and economic and financial strangulation of people. We reject free trade agreements that are imposed by States and transnational corporations and we affirm that it is possible to build another kind of globalization, made by and for the people, based on solidarity and on freedom of movement for all human beings.
We support the call for an international day of action on 18 April, 2015 against the free trade agreements.

For climate justice and food sovereignty, because we know that global climate change is the result of the capitalist system of production, distribution and consumption. Transnational corporations, international financial institutions and governments serving them do not want to reduce greenhouse gases. We denounce “green economy” and refuse fake solutions to the climate crisis such as bio-fuels, genetically modified organisms and mechanisms of the carbon market like REDD (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation), which ensnare impoverished peoples with false promises of progress while privatizing and commodifying the forests and territories where these peoples have been living for thousands of years.
We defend food sovereignty and support sustainable peasant agriculture which are the true solutions to the food and climate crises and which also entail an access to land for all who work on it.
We call for a mass mobilization on climate in December 2015 in Paris alongside the COP21. Let's make 2015 the year of mobilizing social movements around the world for climate justice.

Against violence against women, often conducted in militarily occupied territories, but also violence affecting women who are criminalized for taking part in social struggles. We fight against domestic and sexual violence perpetrated on women because they are considered objects or goods, because the sovereignty of their bodies and minds is not acknowledged. We fight against the traffic of women, girls and boys.
We defend sexual diversity, the right to gender self-determination and we oppose all homophobia and sexist violence.
We call upon all people to support the activities of the 4th World March of Women during March-October 2015.

For peace and against war, colonialism, occupations and the militarization of our lands.
We denounce the false discourse of human rights defense and fight against fundamentalism, which is often used to justify military occupations. We defend the right to people’s sovereignty and self-determination. We denounce the installation of foreign military bases to instigate conflicts, to control and ransack natural resources, and to foster dictatorships in several countries.
We demand reparations for all the peoples who have been victims of colonialism across the world.

For democratizing mass media and building alternative media, which are fundamental to overthrow the capitalist logic.

For resistance and solidarity, we fight for our freedom to organize trade unions, social movements, associations and all other forms of peaceful resistance.
We denounce the intensification of repressive measures against people´s rebellions; the arrests, assassinations and imprisonments of activists, students and journalists; and also the criminalization of our struggles.
Inspired by the history of our struggles and by the rejuvenating strength of the people on the streets, the Social Movements Assembly call upon everyone to mobilize and develop actions - coordinated at the world level – in a global week of mobilization against capitalism from 17 to 25 October, 2015
Social movements of the world, let us advance towards a global unity to shatter the capitalist system!
Let’s strengthen our solidarity with the people of the world who fight everyday against imperialism, colonialism, exploitation, patriarchy, racism and injustice in Tunisia, Palestine, Kurdistan, Syria, Iraq, Libya, Greece, Spain, Burkina Faso, Mali, Congo (DRC), Central Africa, and Western Sahara...
